Ingredients

  • 1 lbs. of egg noodles
  • 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
  • 2 lbs. bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 onion
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of horseraddish

Preparation

Step 1

1. cook bacon until crisp. Cool, crumble and set aside.
2. Cook and strain noodles
3. Return strained noodles back to cooking pot, add remaining ingredients, and fold together
4. Put noodle mixer in a casserole dish
5. bake in a 350 degree oven until warmed through and brown on top.
