Bananas Foster

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 2 cups packed brown sugar
• Juice of 2 oranges
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 2 bananas, sliced
• Vanilla ice cream

Preparation

Step 1

Melt the butter in a saute pan or skillet. Add the brown sugar. Cook until the brown sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly. Add the orange juice, cinnamon and bananas. Saute until lightly browned.

Spoon over the ice cream in dessert dishes to serve.
