Cinnamon Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 slightly beaten eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix well the eggs, milk, rice, sugar, raisins, vanilla and salt. Put in baking dish and bake at 325 for 25 minutes. Stir, sprinkle with cinnamon. Continue baking until knife comes out clean (about 20-25 minutes). Serve warm or chilled.
