Oven Fries

Oven fries are a much healthier option than traditional french fries, but still just as tasty.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounce(s) fingerling potatoes, cut lengthwise into quarters
  • 2 teaspoon(s) olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In jelly-roll pan, toss potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Arrange in single layer on pan; roast 15 minutes. Stir potatoes; roast 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
