Cheeseburger Pasta
This is a Wednesday night favorite. I keep hamburger cooked and frozen so this recipe is a snap and fills you up fast. Only one pan, too!

Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger, cooked and drained
- 1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup (or Fiesta Cheddar)
- 4 beef bullion cubes
- 4- 4 1/2 cups water
- 2/3 cups ketchup
- 3-4 cups ruffle or other pasta
- 1 c sour cream (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
In large pan, mix beef, soup, water, bullion and ketchup. Bring to a boil and add pasta. Cover and simmer until pasta is done, about 15 minutes, stirring frequently. When done, add sour cream.
