This delicious raspberry balsamic sauce can be used as a salad dressing, basting sauce, marinade, or cooking sauce. Easy to make and so full of flavor.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil or favorite oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon raspberry preserves or sugar free raspberry preserves
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Use for basting or marinading meats or dressing salads.
Cook's Notes:
If using as a cooking sauce use less oil and a little less vinegar as it might be overpowering. Can be cooked down in saucepan to create a glaze.
