Ingredients

  • 1.50 GALLON APPLE JUICE
  • 2 TBSP PRAGUE POWDER
  • ½ CUP KOSHER SALT
  • 2 – 4 TBSP GARLIC ( MORE TO TASTE )
  • ¼ – ½ CUP GROUND MUSTARD ( TO Taste )

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients into a large container and mix thoroughly. let stand 20 minutes and mix again. place over meat making sure the meat is totally covered and in fridge for 8 days,, if meat is not covered turn every day
