  • 9 tbsp Prague powder
  • 1 cup kosher salt
  • 2 lb brown sugar
  • 8 ounce Honey ( more to taste )
  • 8 ounce Maple Syrup ( more to taste )
  • molasses ( to taste )

Preparation

Step 1

place all ingredients into a plastic food grade container and mix thoroughly, let stand 20 mins and mix again. then place over meat , this is a 8 day cure
