Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C ketchup
- 1 C maple syrup
- 1/3 C reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 T quick cooking tapioca
- 1 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 32 oz frozen fully cooked meatballs, partially thawed and separated
- 1 20oz can pineapple chunks in juice, drained
Preparation
Step 1
Combine ketchup syrup, soy sauce, tapioca, allspice and mustard in slow cooker.
Carefully stir meatballs and pineapple chunks into ketchup mixture.
Cover, cook on LOW 5 to 6 hours. Stir before serving. Serve warm.
