Ingredients
- 2 Cups water
- 1/2 Cup grits
- 1 Tbls butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 / tsp pepper
- 1/8 cup bacon fat

Preparation
Step 1
Bring the water to a high boil.
Add butter, salt and pepper
Reduce heat to Med and slowly stir in grits
Now! stir CONTINUALLY until grits reach the consistency you like.
Stir in bacon fat and serve!
