Ingredients
- 1 * 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 * 1 cup water
- 2 * 2 cups diced watermelon, pureed
- * ice cubes
- 4 * 4 lemon twists, for garnish
- * Sprigs of mint,for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
* Stir together lemon juice and sugar.
Stir in water then the watermelon
puree.
* Pour over ice in 4 glasses. Garnish
each with a lemon twist and a mint
sprig.
