Ingredients
- BASTING SAUCE:
- MARINADE
- 3 T soy sauce
- 3 t br sugar
- 2 T Rice wine vinegar or sherry
- 1 T sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 lb skinnless, bonelss chicken breasts cut into small pieces
- fresh Pineapple cut into sliced
- 1/2 c pineapple, chopped into small pieces, juice reserved
- 1 T cornstarch
- 1/4 c cold water
- left over marinade

Preparation
Step 1
In small bowl, mix soy sauce, br sugar , rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger and garlic powder.
Place chcien and small pieces of pineapple in 9x13 and top with marinade.
Cover and marinate in frig for 2 hours, or overnight
Preheat grill
Soak skewers and tall glass of water
Thread pieces of chicken and pineapple onto skewers
Lightly oil grill and cook chicken until juices run clear.
During last 5 minutes, grill fresh pineapple on skewers
Great with rice.
