Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dry thyme
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 3 cups elbow macaroni,
- 6 cups beef stock or broth
- 12 ounces processed cheese (Velveeta)

Preparation
Step 1
Heat saucepan high. Place ground beef in pan and cook until browned.
Add remaining ingredients except cheese.
Simmer low for about 20 minutes or until macaroni is cooked.
Add cheese, stirring until melted and creamy. Let sit 5 minutes to thicken before serving.
