Chocolate-French Toast Cups

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 2 cups cold milk
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 small French bread loaf (200 g), cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 3 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1 tsp. icing sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in eggs, then bread. Let stand 5 min. Stir in chocolate.
Spoon into 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 25 to 28 min. or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 min. Run knife around edges of cups to loosen from pan; remove from pan. Sprinkle with sugar.
