Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger
  • 1 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp coarse ground pepper
  • (4) 3-ounce salmon fillets with skin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 green onions, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine ginger, curry powder, and pepper. Rub mixture onto flesh side of fillets

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet until pan is moderately hot

3. Add garlic and cook until golden brown

4. Place salmon skin side down in the pan and cook, covered, for 5 minutes

5. Flip fish and cook, covered for another 2 minutes

6. Add green onions and cook for half a minute
