Ingredients
- 1 loaf french bread, cut into slices
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3-5 oz brie cheese, cut into slices/chunks
- 2 apples, sliced
- 1/2 tbs cinnamon
- 1/2 tbs sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425. Brush bread with olive oil and toast until golden brown. Lay apple slices in a baking dish. Cover with cinnamon and sugar and roast at 425 for 15-20 minutes. Add a alice (or 2) of brie to each toast, and top with 2-3 apple slices.
