Ingredients

- sugar cookie
- 1/2 cup 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup snortening
- 1 cup 1 cup sugar
- 1 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 Tablespoon 2 Tablespoon milk
- 2-1/2 cups 2-1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 teaspoon 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon soda
- green colored coconut
- frosting
Preparation
Step 1
Cream
Butter, Shortening, sugar, egg,vanilla and milk
Stir in Dry ingredients
flour, salt,and soda
Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet
Flatten with bottom of a water glass dipped in sugar
Bake 400 degrees for 10 minutes makes 5-1/2 doz cookies
take a sugar cookie frost and dipped in green colored coconut
that looks like grass.
Frost bottom of peep to stick on coconut
so easy and kids will love them
