Chicken French

Ingredients

  • 2 whole chicken breasts (or you can use the already prepared cutlets)
  • flour
  • eggs
  • salt/pepper
  • olive oil
  • 1 1/2 c white wine
  • 1 stick butter
  • lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Bone the chicken and cut into serving pieces (or use cutlets) and place between 2 pieces of waxed paper. Pound with a mallet till thin. Flour each cutlet and dip into egg seasoned with salt/pepper.

Place in hot oil till batter on chicken is set on both sides. Wipe oil from pan and melt butter. Add the juice of half a lemon and wine. Add chicken and saute uncovered on low heat for 20 minutes.
