Spiked Whipped Cream

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
• 1/4 cup confectioners sugar, sifted
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp Grand Marnier, kirsch, or other liqueur

Step 1

Beat cream and sugar together until soft peaks form, then gradually add in vanilla and liqueur and continue whisking.
