Ingredients

  • Peanut Butter Frosting:
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 2/3 Cup Cocoa
  • 2 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 Cup Brewed Coffee, room temperature
  • 3 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/4 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 2 Tbs. Milk
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Combine dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk, oil, vanilla; beat well. Stir in coffee. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cool completely.
Peanut Butter Frosting:
Beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Beat in powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Spread over cake. Sprinkle with miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips, if desired.
