Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together to make hard dough. Knead well. Roll out very think, then flour both sides, cut in half and form 2 rolls. Then cut off narrow strips. Put in plenty of boiling water and cook for a few minutes. Serve with hot cream sauce. 1/2 cup cream and 2 tbsp melted butter and a pinch of salt
