Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 oz each) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
