White Bean Spread

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 oz each) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
