Portugese Kale Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 stick of linguica,sliced
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cans pinto beans
  • 6 leaves of kale, diced into small pieces
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1 32 oz box beef broth
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1-2 potatoes, cubed
  • dash of oregano, cumin, allspice
  • salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion, garlic and linguica. Add kale, beans, potatoes,broth, tomato sauce and spices.
