Ingredients

  • 9 in pre baked pie shell
  • 15 oz can Libby's 100% pure pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 c half & half
  • 3/4 c granulated white sugar
  • 1/4 c maple syrup
  • 2 lg eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 T pumpkin pie spice (recipe follows)
  • 1/4 t fine grain sea salt
  • Pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 1/2 t cinnamon
  • 1 t ground ginger
  • 1 t ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 t ground cloves

Preparation

Step 1

Mix pumpkin pie spice ingredients together. Preheat oven to 350.

Combine pumpkin, half & half, sugar, syrup, eggs, pumpkin pie spice & salt in med bowl; Mix well. Pour into pie shell.

Bake for 20 min & check on pie. Rotate if necessary & bake 20-30 more min until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
