  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups chopped apples
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup walnuts

Step 1

Mix oil, sugar & eggs. Sift together flour, salt and soda. Alternate flour mixture with apples and add to egg mixture gradually. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into bundt pan and bake 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
