Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon cayenne papper
- 3/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon savory leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground bay leaves
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
In small bowl, throughly combine all spices making sure all clumps of seasoning are broken up. Add vinegar, 2 tablespoons at a time, mixing well after each addition to form paste. Rub smear over all sides of meat. Place in sealable container and refrigerate 48 hours, before cooking meat on grill as desired.
