Ingredients
- 1 cup ketchup
- ½ cup horseradish
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons ancho chile powder
- Salt and freshly ground white pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl until combined and season with salt and pepper.
2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld. Bring to room temperature before serving.
