Healthy Cilantro & Jalapeno Ranch Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fat free Greek yogurt
  • 2 jalapenos
  • 1 tbs cilantro
  • 1 tbs dill
  • 1 tbs chives
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Makes 8 Healthy Cilantro & Jalapeno Ranch Dip servings.

Remove seeds and ribs from jalapenos and chop finely, add to a medium bowl.

Chop garlic clove and herbs finely and add to the jalapenos.

Add Greek yogurt and a pinch of salt and pepper to the bowl. Combine all the ingredients together and serve with veggies or chips, holds in the refrigerator for a week.
