Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 2 pounds chicken thighs (can also use different chicken parts)
- Flour, salt and pepper (for browning)
- 1/3 can chicken broth
- 1/8 cup shoyu
- 1/8 cup mirin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 slice ginger, crushed
- Garnish:
- 3-4 stalks green onion, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Salt and pepper chicken. Then flour and fry until browned. Place browned chicken in baking dish.
Mix together sauce ingredients and pour sauce over chicken.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
Garnish with green onions.
