PREHEAT OVEN TO 350. LINE A 9 X 13 BAKING PAN WITH PARCHMENT PAPER MAKING SURE TO LEAVE SOME OVERHANG FOR EASY REMOVAL AND SPRAY WITH NONSTICK COOKING SPRAY. SET ASIDE
IN LARGE MIXING BLOWL WHISK FLOUR, CORNSTARCH, SUGAR AND SALT. ADD BUTTER TO THE FLOUR MIXTURE USING YOUR HANDS UNTIL MIXTURE IS CRUMBLY AND STARTS TO COME TOGETHER. PRESS IT DOWN IN YOUR BAKING PAN
BAKE 350 FOR 20 - 25 MINUTES JUST UNTIL TOP IS SET AND EDGES LIGHTLY GOLDEN BROWN.

TO MAKE LEMON FILLING
IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL WHISK TOGETHER SUGAR AND FLOUR. ADD EGGS AND LEMON JUICE AND MIX UNTIL FULLY COMBINED. POUR LEMON FILLING OVER THE CRUST AND RETURN TO OVEN.
BAKE AT 350 FOR 18 - 11 MINUTES UNTIL FILLING IS SET. COOL FOR 1 HOUR AND REFRIGERATE FOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS. SIFT POWDERED SUGAR ON TOP SLICE INTO BARS.. CAN BE FROZEN
