Apple Rum Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen pound cake, thawed
  • 2 pounds apples, diced
  • 1 package vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup rum
  • 1 cup salted caramel topping

Preparation

Step 1

Cut pound cake into cubes. Soak apples in rum. Make pudding according to package instructions.

Place pound cake into individual serving dishes. Top with vanilla pudding followed by apples and some of the rum. Drizzle with the salted caramel topping. Heat in microwave. Yum!
