Ingredients
- 2 boxes crushed graham crackers. (8 boxes)
- 2 pks almond brickle(for cheesecakes batter)
- (10 bags)
- 1/2 lb butter melted for crust (4lbs)
- 3 large bricks cream cheese. 48oz each (15 bricks)
- 4 1/2 cups brown sugar (two 5lbs bags)
- 3/4 cup flour
- 18 eggs (8 doz.)
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp. almond extract (two 59ml bottles)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine 4 boxes graham crackers, and 1 sticks melted butter. Press into bottom of spring form pans.
Combine cream cheese, brown sugar and flour. Mix. Add eggs beating on low. Stir in milk, brickle and extract.
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes on convection, changing shelves half way through the cooking time
