Chocolate Truffles... Easy

Ingredients

  • 8 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 1/4 c powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1/4 c sifted cocoa powder, chocolate sprinkles

Preparation

Step 1

Place the chocolate in a non-reactive bowl. Microwave on high just until melted, stirring every 30 seconds. Combine cream cheese and pow sugar in a bowl and mix well. Add the choc and vanilla and mix well. Shape into small balls and roll in cocoa powder or choc sprinkles. Place on waxed paper lined tray and chill for 2 hrs or longer
