  • 1 (8 ounce) package Noodles; cooked and drained
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1 (8 ounce) can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

Step 1

Brown meat in butter. Add salt, pepper, garlic salt, and tomato sauce; simmer for 5 minutes. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onions and noodles. Alternate layers of noodle mixture and meat mixture in a 2-quart casserole, beginning with the noodles and ending with meat. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
