  • 1 Cup Quinoa
  • 2 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 2-3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Small Lemon (juiced)
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Asian Spice
  • 1 Avocado (chopped) - optional
  • Kale - optional

Step 1

Cook the Quinoa according to the box directions but swap the water for chicken broth. Grate both garlic cloves and add to pan while quinoa is cooking. Take off stove and add asian spice, mix. Let cool and add lemon juice. Stir and add in salt and pepper if needed.

Avocado and kale can be added, based off preference.
