Ingredients
- 1 (2-3 lb) bunch seedless green grapes
- 3 qts cranberry juice
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 8 whole allspice
- 3 sm cinnamon sticks
- 5 (16-oz) bottles club soda, chilled
- 3 drops almond extract
Preparation
Step 1
Day Before:
Freeze grapes in one bunch on cookie sheet, overnight.
In large kettle, combine cranberry juice, sugar, allspice and cinnamon. Heat to boiling; then simmer 10 minutes; stain, discarding spices. Refrigerate overnight to chil.
Just Before Serving:
Place frozen grapes in bottom of large punch bowl. Add cranberry mixture, club soda and almond. Serve immediately.
