Ingredients
- 10 oz wide egg noodles
- 1 lb (3/4 inch thick) boneless beef top sirloin steak
- 1 T salad oil
- 1 lb mushrooms
- 1 medium onion
- 2 T all purpose flour
- 14 oz beef broth
- 2 T wocestershire sauce
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t sugar
- 2 T chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup light sour cream

Step 1
Prepare noodles as label directs;drain
Cut steak lengthwise in half. Slice each half across width into 1/8" thick slices. Thickly slice mushrooms. Chop onion.
In nonstick skillet over high heat, cook half of meat, stirrig constantly, until bowned about 2 minutes; Remove to bowl. Repeat. In same skillet over medium-high heat, in hot salad oil, cook mushrooms and onion until tender.
In cup, mix flour with 1/2 cup water; stir into mushroom mixture with beef broth, worcestershire, salt, and sugar. Over high heat, heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium and cook until mixture thickens slightly. Return beef to skillet; Spoon in sour cream. Heat through.
Spoon noodles onto large platter. Spoon beef mixture over noodles. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
