Ingredients
- 3 lbs. sectioned chicken wings
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 heaping Tbsp. Dijon or spicy mustard
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic powder (or more)
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger

Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients together and marinate several hours or overnight.
Put in 9x13 Pyrex dish and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours, turning every half hour. Turn the heat up to 400 and cook for final half hour to get them to glaze.
