  • 3 Cups Chopped Potatoes
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Carrots
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Onions
  • 1 tsp. Parsley
  • 1 tsp. Chicken Base
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • Dash of Pepper
  • 1 1/2 Cups Milk
  • 2 Tbs. Flour
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta Cheese
  • Bacon, crumbled, to garnish

Step 1

Combine the first 8 ingredients; bring to boil, then reduce heat to simmer until tender. Add flour to milk to make a smooth paste. Slowly add to vegetables and cook until thickened. Add cheese; stir until melted. Garnish with crumbled bacon to serve.
