Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1/2 small onion
- 2 eggs
- 2 T flour
- 2 T heavy cream
- 2 T melted butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Shred vegetables. Mix batter ingredients and add to vegetables making sure to blend well. Drop from 1/4 c onto greased skillet. Spread to form 4 inch sized pancakes. Brown and turn. Serve hot.
