Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 pounds stew meat. Brown in large pan (5 quart). Add 1 onion sliced/cut up.saute a bit then dump in
  • 1 large (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, nearly a can of water to rinse out
  • 1 can V8 either spicy or regular
  • 4 to 5 beef boillon cubes
  • 1 package frozen soup vegetables or pour in your own combo of beans, peas, corn, mixed veg. Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation

Step 1

Bring to a boil then simmer it to Death. Stir as you go, after about an hour or so turn it off for awhile then simmer etc.
