All South Barbecue Rub

This rub has cut down on my dependence of sugary sauces. I can rub it on anything that I barbecue. When i mix this up I quadruple the recipe and keep it in a jar for unexpected occasions. In the south,the south of California that is, i can barbecue pretty much all year round.

Ingredients

• 2 * 2 tablespoons salt
• 2 * 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 * 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 2 * 2 tablespoons ground cumin
• 2 * 2 tablespoons chili powder
• 2 * 2 tablespoons freshly cracked black
• pepper
• 1 * 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
• 4 * 4 tablespoons paprika

All you do is throw them together and mix them well.
