Summer and Fall Roasted Veggies

Ingredients

  • 1.5 tsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp dill
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 3 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 small sweet potato, cut into french fry strips
  • 2 zucchini, cut into strips
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Toss all veggies in olive oil, sprinkle seasonings and toss again (with clean hands). Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for about 16 minutes.
