Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 Tbs grated Ginger
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbs. Cornstarch
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbs sugar
- 1 Tbs plus 1 tsp cider vinegar
- 2 Tbs dry sherry or chinese rice wine
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except cornstarch in a small bowl.
Place cornstarch in a separate small bowl and whisk in the mixture.
