Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb ground beef
  • 2 c spaghetti sauce
  • 3 c water
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 T parsley
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t oregano
  • 1/2 t garlic powder
  • 4-6 ox shredded mozzerella cheese
  • grated parmesean cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Brown beef in a large pot. Drain off fat, stir in spaghetti sauce and water.. Bring to a boil, add spaghetti. Cover and cok on med heat until tender,about 5-7 min stirring occassionally. In a bowl mix ricotta, eggs, parsley, salt, oregano and garlic powder. Scoop half spaghetti into a 13x9 pan. Top with ricotta cheese mixture. Sprinkle on mozzerella cheese. Put the rest of the spaghetti mixture on top.sprinkle with grated cheese.

bake 350 35 min.

After baking, let stand for 5 min.
