Ingredients
- 2 cans of black beans
- 1 Can of Corn
- 1 Red Pepper chopped
- 1-2 avacados chopped
- 1/2 Red Onion
- Fresh tomato to liking (1-2 chopped)
- 2 limes to taste
- 2 T. fresh chopped cilantro
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp. Cumin
- Hot sauce to taste
- pepper - crush to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Chop and mix everything. Add more lime juice and seasonings to taste.
