  • 1 tsp. dry ground mustard
  • 2 tsps. water
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tsps. soy sauce
  • Whisk together in bowl the dry mustard and water. Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce and whisk until smooth. Serve in individual dipping bowls or drizzle over cutlet.
