- 2 12oz pks of semi sweet chocolate chips
- 2 12oz pks of white choco chips
- 2 tsps of peppermint extract
- 6 candy canes crushed
Line a 12x18 inch jelly roll pan with aluminum foil
Melt the semisweet choco in microwave safe glass bowl, stirring inbetween 30 sec intervals. When melted stir in peppermint extract. Spread in foil lined pan evenly and chill in freezer just while melting white choco otherwise the two layers don't stick.
Melt white choco same as other choco and then stir in 1/4 cup pf the crushed candy cane. Spread on top of semi sweet choco layer. Sprinkle remaining candy cane pieces over white choco layer. Chill until set about 1 hour. Break into pieces.
