Ingredients

  • Pound Top Sirloin Steak, 2 1/2 " Thick
  • 1 Cup Egg Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Seasoned Salt
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Seasoned Pepper
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced

Step 1

Remove excess fat from steak. In small bowl mix all but bread crumbs and cheese until creamy. In large bowl gently toss together cheese and bread crumbs. Place steak into brown bag on rimmed baking sheet. Spread butter mix over top and sides of steak. Press thick layer of crumbs and cheese onto butter mix, so crust is formed on top and sides of steak. Fold over top of bag and staple closed. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes for rare. For medium rare bake additional 15 minutes at 425. Let stand 5-10 minutes before slicing.
