Ingredients

  • 1 Keebler graham cracker pie shell
  • 3-4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 t. vanilla
  • 2 c. blueberries (save one cup to fold in later)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 T. corn starch
  • Little salt
  • 2 T. water

Step 1

Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla with 1 cup of whipping cream--after it's whipped
Put in pie shell

Cook the blueberries, sugar, corn starch, salt and water til thickened and liquid is clear.

Fold in another cup of blueberries.

Put on top of cream cheese mix--may want to put rest of whip cream on top of blueberry mixture.

You may garnish with a few blueberries and strawberries to add a patriotic look.
